good location, staff were ok, breakfast very good. room cleaned each day. down side toilet strange idea just move the glass door to the side problem solved? pool opens late? the bad reviews i found to be harsh in my opinion but we all have our own views. we would book again.

The location is prime however the staff are so rude the clearly do not like the English everything you ask them they just shout not possible they look down at you the rooms are not clean the balconys have all the plaster and rendering falling off the lifts are ridiculous there is 1 lift only upto the sky bar and pool...the breakfast staff are also rude they start clearing your table away rushing you mid breakfast meal also had a woman shout at me for bringing milk to put in a cup of tea and snatch it out of my hands !! I would avoid this hotel at all costs !!

We came and went to dinner right away. When we came back our door was open and all the windows were too. Everyone in my school group. There were ants infecting my friends room. We were so scared by the robber. They stole my friends bag and hid it in a bush. The ac didn’t work and everything felt not safe after someone broke into our room. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want a valuable or personal item stolen.
