Exceptionally clean, majority of the staff very friendly, don't use the compostela supermarket, very expensive and over charges kids when they go in on their own, we went back in on 3 separate occasions with 3 different family children and confronted him, he was very rude and said that he got confused 🤯😡

Location great for Las Americas on end of the strip. Bars, restaurants and shops on door step. Right next to beech, a few mins from room to sand. We had sea view. Bar and restaurant below, but no noise issues. Duplex room was ok. Reasonable condition. Not enough hot water in storage heater for 3 people to have a full shower. Lack of hair dryer a pain. Kitchen equipment not great, only 1 pan and 1 frying pan. No chopping board, no bowls to use in microwave. No bowl to mix anything in. Makes self catering difficult. Pool area clean and plenty beds. A bit lacking in parasols. In high season getting a bed might be difficult when hotel is full. Pool needs some repair. Lots of tiles missing and scattered around the bottom of the pool. Did not find Reception staff very friendly. Very transaction attitudes. Didn't feel very welcomed or that they would try to make your stay as good as it could be. Zero flexibility for room extension if you have later flight. Asked early in the week and told to ask at 10am on day of departure. We did this to be told no right away. No review of rooms and discussion. Not even extra couple of hours. Same answer to everyone asking. 1 courtesy room off reception that can be booked for 20 mins slot. Room not nice. Run down and not very clean. Left luggage room at reception for bags. Easy access, staff just let you go in and out as you wish which makes it good to utilise, but also not very secure. Don't think we would stay at this location again.

Our second stay here, last was 2023, since then the pool rooms have been finished and the place looks newly painted, this time we had a studio loft room 3rd floor, weird shape as the room slopes to one side bumped my head more than a few times perhaps a few signs? Especially when coming in from a evening drink. The safe was in the bottom of the wardrobe on the slope so had to get into it on my hands and knees, there was only 2 of us so it didn’t spoil our holiday, one good thing was we discovered the sundecks on the corner of each section , no kids just peace and quiet, we didn’t have much interaction with staff reception always greeted you and cleaners at least gave a smile and done a good job of cleaning, we were aelf catering as supermkt across from hotel, we really like this hotel a great location about 20 mins from the hustle of the main strip, a clean hotel
