Just returned from a week’s holiday the hotel is situated in the ideal position for both the old town and the sea front, we found the hotel to be lovely and quiet and relaxing, the staff are very pleasant and helpful, our room which was on the 3rd floor was overlooking the pool it was spacious and clean but somewhat looking rather tired as to be honest was the majority of the hotel. the food was a bit of a mixed bag the breakfast was fine but the evening meals were a bit hit and miss, the food at best was only lukewarm and the variety was limited and sometimes the food on offer just didn't go together I’m not saying it was bad but with a little thought it could have been a lot better, having said that we had a nice weeks holidal and enjoyed our stay at the Fenix

We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel to be very clean , comfortable bed and a great shower. We had a room with a view of the sea. Maybe a little more storage for clothes would have been nice. A little dates in areas but it had charm. Breakfast was 14 euros extra each but so worth it. We were able to sit on the roof top space under a canopy whilst enjoying . Great selection and quality. Staff friendly and helpful especially the breakfast team. We will definitely come back and stay again .
