Unfortunately bad experience. Apartments are nice and cleaning staff are amazing. The hole experience was badly let down by the staff at reception and restaurant who didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. from checking in we were left till just before 5pm to get are 3 rooms which in my opinion is disgracefully and whatever you do dont bother asking for a late check out due to medical reasons you will be addressed with rudeness. When finally checked in no information about the hotel was given what so ever they were to interested in there phones to interact with the customer. Unfortunately talking to other people they had a similar experience with the staff. Care is also needed at pool as rats were nesting around the rock areas which obviously is a massive concern. With more experienced staff and not kids running the desk this may have made the difference. The way it's run now we would definitely not return.

First time staying here and had booked with my family, we had 3 rooms booked and on arrival we were told check in time was 2 o clock. When we came back at 2 to check in we were told we still had to wait as rooms where not ready this caused added stress as I had my elderly Dad who has medical needs and when explained this staff did not seem to care as was rudely told come back in a few minutes. Finally got rooms around 4 and 5 with no apologies. Cleaning staff are amazing so friendly and rooms are spotless with added little jesters. Pool bar staff don’t want to work and very rude. Ensure that you don’t need a late check out as they won’t facilitate this. Staff did not give any information about the hotel and spa area was closed and no information given.

Really impressed with the hotel and the photos for not do it justice. The room and the hotel is very clean and the reception staff and maids are lovely. I've only dropped it a star because the bar staff are not so friendly and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I have come away with my elderly mum and she only drinks tea but we was told on the first day they only do coffee which she doesn't drink. She wanted a hot drink so said she would try the coffee but the bar man gave us black coffee and when I asked for milk he said I didn't ask for milk but I thought it come as standard. He was clearly annoyed with us. Luckily another barman was there who was friendly and said that the hotel does do tea. The other barman then said that he was new but not in an apologetic way but again coming across annoyed. We are here for a few more days and I am dreading having to reorder at the bar. This will be the only the reason we will not return but it is a shame because it really is a pleasant hotel
