My friend and I stayed here for a week in September 2026. The hotel is nice and the pool was nice and quiet, probably because it was September. It is in a good location with supermarkets and restaurants just outside. It is about a half an hour walk from the Veronica’s strip. The food at the pool bar is very cheap as-well which was good. However, we had several issues with the room which we have received no compensation for. The WiFi did not work in our room at all for the entire week, we could not connect to it. I went and spoke to reception several times about this issue and repeatedly was told they would “sort it tomorrow”, which they never did. In the end, they sent maintenance up to the room who failed to fix it, and then an external company the next day who still didn’t fix it! We had no form of contacting anyone the entire week unless we sat downstairs by reception, and even then the wifi connection was not great at all. The staff didn’t sympathise this issue with us and couldn’t understand that we wouldn’t have booked the hotel if it didn’t have wifi!! Additionally, the shower in the room would flood the entire bathroom and into our bedroom every time we turned it on. Again, I spoke to reception about this issue and they did nothing to resolve this issue besides handing us a tiny hand towel to attempt to dry the floor. Finally, the cleaners will come into your room regardless of whether you put a do not disturb sign on the door…so no chance of a lie in!! They will ring the bell repeatedly which is as loud as a siren. Also good to note that if you would like to use the fan in the room you need to pay €50 cash deposit to get the remote. Would not recommend!!

We have just returned from 10 nights here, I will start with the negatives We booked knowing there was no air con but after reading the reviews thought the fan would be fine. It definitely wasnt! We were so hot and couldnt cool down. It took a while getting to sleep, we had to keep opening the doors. I dont know how more people havent mentioned the heat in the rooms! The fan only covered one bed and even then it wasnt great. We had to go out a buy another one. Also we saw you could pay for air con, this is not correct we asked the reception and they knew nothing about this. We booked a deluxe room, it was definitely not deluxe , it was the smallest self catering room we have stayed in The positives: Staff friendly Hotel very clean, the cleaners work hard to keep it clean They had a rule that you couldnt go down to the sunbed until 10am, we really liked this as we had chilled mornings on the balcony and there was always sunbeds available There is a big Mercado nearby which was convenient All in all we would stay again if they install air con

Unfortunately bad experience. Apartments are nice and cleaning staff are amazing. The hole experience was badly let down by the staff at reception and restaurant who didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. from checking in we were left till just before 5pm to get are 3 rooms which in my opinion is disgracefully and whatever you do dont bother asking for a late check out due to medical reasons you will be addressed with rudeness. When finally checked in no information about the hotel was given what so ever they were to interested in there phones to interact with the customer. Unfortunately talking to other people they had a similar experience with the staff. Care is also needed at pool as rats were nesting around the rock areas which obviously is a massive concern. With more experienced staff and not kids running the desk this may have made the difference. The way it's run now we would definitely not return.
