The hotel is large. But the service is terrible...and the food... But impossible. When we arrived we saw everything was divine... But as time went on...it got worse and worse. In the rooms we found some cups with your water kettle and such as a courtesy. And we thought it was great... But we were only able to use it 1 time haha they were supposedly coming to clean the room but they didn't take the dirty cups. And they didn't change the sheets either. The windows with some horrible streaks of dirt... And we sent the air conditioning to be repaired 3 times in 1 week. The food was terrible... Always the same... Extremely boring... And the pools were horrible... Everything very dirty and disgusting... From the time the pool opened at 10, if someone spilled a cup of soda on the ground, it could stay all sticky until the next day. Broken light bulbs, spiderwebs everywhere and big ones.... Tumbleweeds of hair... We are talking BAD, BAD, BAD.

An excellent stay! I want to make a very special mention of Melany, the entertainer. Despite being alone in charge of the entertainment team, her energy, hard work, and professionalism are a 10. She organized many super fun games and always maintained the best atmosphere for all the guests. Great job!

This was my second visit to Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel and Spa this year. I loved it so much the first time, I had to go back. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the staff are wonderful. I went all inclusive both times, and really enjoyed the food and drinks. I had a fabulous large one bedroom apartment over looking the pool and sea with gorgeous views. It was so big, I kept getting lost in it, even during my second visit. The staff are so nice, from the hotel general manager to the ladies collecting trash. I had the pleasure to meet the hotel general manager the first time I was there. It is obvious that he really cares about his guests, and loves his hotel. Thanks to Christian, the assistant manager who is always there for whatever I may want. The reception staff is so nice, and always says hello when I walk by. I really love the glass of Cava and truffles they give at check in, such a nice welcome. The restaurant and bar staff are excellent. They work hard, and are very happy to serve you. The liquor is local brands in all inclusive, but it is good. They have all types of mixers available for self serve at the pool bar, so you can pretty much make any drink that you want. I googled some drink recipes, and made some fantastic tasting drinks. At the pool bar, they have self serve beer, so no waiting for a cold beer on a hot day. The cleaning and maintenance staff are very nice. They made sure that I had everything I needed and always cheerfully gave me anything extra that I asked for. The pool is large, gorgeous, very clean, and pool towels big and cozy. In the rooms, beds are very comfortable, internet works great, and there is always plenty of hot water in the shower. The spa is wonderful, massages excellent, and I really love the pool/spa with all the water jets. Spa staff are also very nice. I will definitely be back!
