🚫 WHERE TO NEVER RETURN AGAIN 🚫 Terrible experience. WE DID NOT SLEEP ALL NIGHT because of the continuous noises of people entering, leaving and talking, in addition to the noise from the street. Unbearable heat inside the apartment and only one very noisy fan. Torn sheets, deformed pillows, humidity and balcony with a strong smell of cat pee. They advertise being a few meters from the beach, but it is not like that. Impossible parking and very small pool. To top it off, the cleaning staff did not even respond to our good mornings, they ignored us several times. We will not return and we do not recommend it.

Small hotel in the center, Person at the front desk very nice and very smiling. New renovated room, decent pool, enough to swim quietly.

Our stay here was brilliant. The room was very clean, comfortable and the perfect size for two people. Daniella and Fabiola at reception were warm, welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The Hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and lots of great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and when we return to Tenerife we are planning to stay here again, we really feel we got value for money.
