Hotel very is clean. All staff are very friendly. Good opptions at meal times, resturant staff were lovely. Pool was a bit of a disapiontment as only got the sun at about 5-30 in the evening. This could be because we went in september though. It was well maintained and clean. The beach was great for us, although not great for children as dips in depth very quickly and stoney. All in all we had a lovely week. The train line runs infront of hotel, but it didnt bother us. There is plenty of underground walk ways giving accsess to the beach. There is an Italian resurant attched to the hotel which l highly recomend. Food is excellen and staff are great.

We have been to the top hotel several times, nice people both in the dining room and the front office. The service in the adjacent bar that belongs to it can still improve. It takes too long for them to notice that there are guests.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The location is excellent. Pineda de Mar is a small place so not suitable for those who are looking for a party town environment. Suitable for families. We had a penthouse suite which was worth the extra cost. The room was lacking a few luxury touches ie box of tissues, comfort packs in the bathroom which you would expect from a 4* suite. The room lacked a bedside cabinet on one side. It just had a stool. The seats in the room were very uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel change them. The breakfast and evening buffet meals were excellent. Plenty of choice for everyone. Only one small issue with the restaurant, they have a dress code but it was not enforced and some guests ignored it. There were guests at dinner with sports shorts and vets on and some wearing baseball caps. Having said this we would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family and visit again.
