The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it was definitely not a 4 star apart hotel. Looks far better in photos! Very tired needs updating! Beds very uncomfortable, the double sunbeds at the pool were actually more comfortable than the beds! Not worth what we paid. Restaurant evening meal food not great for 15 euros each!

Comfortable apartment, plenty of pools and loungers. 5 minutes to the beach. Very helpful reception staff. Check in was straight forward and the place is clean and had a chilled ambience. There's a lack of food allergy information in the restaurant so finding things to eat was a bit hit and miss. Overall enjoyable

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Spain, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. The room they checked us into smelled absolutely horrible — and we later found out it was because of a massive water leak that caused mildew and mold. The staff admitted they already knew about the leak before assigning us that room. We complained three different times, and it still took two full days before they moved us. By then, I had already gotten sick and stayed sick for over two weeks. Mold exposure is not a small issue, and the way this hotel handled it was completely unacceptable. To make things even more frustrating, when we checked out, the front desk staff told us we were entitled to a refund for two nights because of everything we went through. Now the hotel refuses to honor that and won’t do anything to make it right. I’m beyond disappointed. This hotel knowingly put us in a hazardous room, ignored our complaints, made us wait days for a solution, and then went back on their word. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
