Really enjoyed our stay even though it was in a residential area there was no noise a very nice stay the staff were amazing thank you

The reviews really don't do this hotel justice! I've stayed in plenty of 4-star hotels and I can honestly say the food and service here were better than many of them. For a 3-star hotel, it really exceeded our expectations! I have coeliac disease and I cannot praise the kitchen staff and chefs enough. Gluten-free bread was available every morning at breakfast, with plenty of gluten-free choices at mealtimes. The chefs were more than happy to serve food directly from the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination, although the buffet layout itself made the risk relatively low. There were even gluten-free biscuits available on request and gluten-free crisps at the bar! They also catered for other dietary requirements, with lactose-free and dairy-free milk alternatives. The bar served proper barista coffee, with different milk options and decaf available too. It's these little touches that make such a difference! On our final day, we had a very early departure and the hotel kindly arranged a packed lunch for us to collect at 6am. They even made sure mine was gluten-free, with sandwiches, fruit, yoghurt and biscuits. Such thoughtful service! The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely lovely. The ladies on reception were particularly helpful and recommended a beautiful walk around the Old Town, leading to a secluded beach and viewpoint that we might never have discovered otherwise. The rooftop pool is on the smaller side, but it's a lovely little suntrap and wasn't affected by the usual early-morning sunbed and towel battles! Overall, a fantastic little hotel with wonderful staff, excellent food and a level of service that genuinely deserves more than 3 stars. As someone with coeliac disease, being able to relax and enjoy my holiday without constantly worrying about food was priceless.

Here we are at this fabulous hotel after so long without going. This time I went with my family and we loved it. The meals were incredible and the rooms on the 5th floor were incredible and very beautiful. We arrived at 2:45 PM and Belinda let us eat and then check in, a great gesture. The best part was meeting up with Vivíana again, a lovely person. Without forgetting Laura in the buffet dining room, who was very pleasant. I will definitely return.
