This hotel is a bit dated, was clean. There are bars/ restaurants within walking distance. Inly thing to highlight is the fact it up hill from the beach. Free bus service to near beach in los christianos. Pool was good. We had an apartment for 2 adults 3 teenagera one on the sofa bed

Very good service in general, and in the pool area we were assisted by the lifeguard Eddy; honestly, tremendous service, a worker at the place always willing to help, congratulations to Mr. Eddy for such kindness.

The main positive points of the hotel is that the stay was incredibly cheap (which may explain some of the issues of the hotel) and the breakfast was good. However, you have to take breakfast early. The breakfast room, which is at an adjacent hotel, serves multiple huge hotels, which causes it to lack food and drinks one hour to one hour and a half before the breakfast closes. Regarding the downsides, the rooms could benefit from having AC, which they don't have. Also, there are a lot of stairs to be climbed to reach the room, and besides that we were given a room with two floors, which made it even worse. Speaking of the room, the furniture is a bit outdated. Also, the front desk receptionist charged us less than the right amount, and we had to go to the reception a second time. On that second time, she wanted to charge us more than the difference. So maybe the hotel could hire a receptionist that could more easily do calculations. Above all, it's not a bad hotel, specially for its price, but could use some improvements.
