Worst hotel iv ever been to staff are ignorant place is dirty no evening entertainment for adults foid was substandard i would never go back or recommend thus place STAY AWAY

We had a really lovely stay at Parrotel Aqua Park and, having read some of the negative reviews before arriving, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were nice and clean, and the hotel and grounds were well maintained. All the staff were super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which really made our stay enjoyable. The drinks were lovely, and the food was pretty much what you would expect from an all-inclusive hotel. I wouldn’t say it was anything particularly special, but equally, I wouldn’t say it was bad. I travelled with my two children, one of whom is quite a fussy eater, and we never had any issues finding something for them to eat, which was a big positive for us. The aqua park was great for the children, and we especially enjoyed the swim-up bar! There are also shops outside the hotel, which is handy if you fancy a little wander. Overall, we had a very good time and really enjoyed our holiday. I had read quite a few negative reviews before travelling, so I arrived with some reservations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and I’m glad we didn’t let the reviews put us off. The only criticism I would make is that the hotel really needs to invest in more cups, as there seemed to be a shortage at times. This was the only real issue we experienced, but it is something that could easily be improved. All in all, we had a lovely holiday, the children were happy, and we came away with some great memories. I would recommend giving Parrotel Aqua Park a chance rather than being put off by the negative reviews! 😊
