Excellent hotel and excellent customer service. The room is spacious, room service is daily, and the hotel is very clean. We are a family of 5 and we booked a double and triple room. We came from Mansoura and the hotel didn't disappoint us. The animation team here is the best thing about the place. They have a really great vibe with their activities, parties, and kind treatment. We really loved them.

I came from Algeria with my sister, and we are just the two of us. This was my first time in Egypt and our first time staying at this hotel. We had an amazing experience! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the animation team is fantastic. All the animators are super friendly, welcoming and always in a good mood. Special mention to Menna, who was incredibly kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was really beautiful and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again!
