Family vacation with kids at its best. Stunning property with incredible gardens and 20 restaurants! One better than the other, this is more of a resort than a classic Hotel. Perfect place for a getaway resort, this Hotel has it all. The food was delicious; the staff couldn't be nicer and the beach club over the top.

We have now been on vacation at the Puerto Romano Hotel for the second time. This time we had a room that was not newly renovated; unfortunately, this did not meet the high expectations when one pays such a high price for a room. (€1500 a night) The bed was very uncomfortable and made squeaky noises, and the room smelled very musty. Something like this is actually a no-go for a hotel in this price range. After I reported this to the front desk, we were moved to a newly renovated room that was significantly better and more modern. Everything there was flawless. The breakfast buffet was world-class as always. Unfortunately, the service has not improved compared to last time. Everything was a bit chaotic; otherwise, the location is truly excellent, and the hotel also has a very luxurious, well-maintained, and pleasant flair. You really feel very well taken care of there; except for the somewhat outdated rooms and the somewhat chaotic process at breakfast, there is really nothing to complain about here. It offers everything a luxurious vacation requires. The staff was also very friendly.

This hotel never lets us down, a lovely warm welcome and a seamless check in. Housekeeping is excellent, the rooms are spotless. An amazing number of excellent food choices with perfect service. Possibly the best breakfast of any hotel. The location on the golden mile allows for great walks along the beach. It’s getting expensive but does deliver.
