Stayed here for a few days , got a from seas view upgrade free of charge on the top floor . Rooms were basic and dirty . (Mould in shower ) We found a lot of beetles/bugs all in our bathroom . Must of had an infestation as we found them on our towels , even on the room floor / and in my sons clothes . Complained to reception and they sprayed the bathroom but left the towels in the bathroom where they had sprayed what ever it was so had to request clean new towels . Kitchen door cupboards hanging off , air con unit chocka with dust . Probs one of the worst ones I’ve ever stayed in . Avoid 2913 if you want a big infested room . Overall the outside pool / entertainment staff were fantastic . Singers and dancers round the pool were great . Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from outside the hotel . Personally I wouldn’t stay here again due to the lack of hygiene from The room .

Picked this hotel for the location close to Benalmadena Marina. Right near the beach and fab view from our 9th floor balcony. Room was ok but the air conditioning was poor and had a smell of bad drains. They also told us at reception that the safety deposit box key was lost so had to hide our valuables in the room. Kids club looked good and rep Raul was great with the kids. Nice to have live singers on the terrace every afternoon. We went room only and there are so many nice restaurants close by. Recommend this hotel for families with younger children.

Very clean and the staff are amazing. On arrival we had a complementary room upgrade and all I can say is WOW the rooms are stunning with everything you need. Pool and bar are clean and tidy and the food in the restaurant is lovely. Direct access to the beach and only a 15 min stroll to Belamidina.
