Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel was spotless everywhere. The rooms, restaurants, pool areas, and all public spaces were kept incredibly clean throughout the day. The housekeeping team maintained an outstanding level of cleanliness, and it was clear that great care was taken in every part of the hotel. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day. There was something for everyone, and everything was beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. Despite the hotel being very busy, the restaurant staff worked with impressive speed and efficiency. As soon as guests left a table, it was immediately cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for the next visitors. Everything was well organized, and the service never felt rushed despite the large number of guests. What truly made our holiday unforgettable was the wonderful staff. Every employee we met was friendly, respectful, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We would especially like to thank Gab Allah, who looked after our room throughout our stay. He was truly exceptional. Whenever we requested housekeeping, he came almost immediately and left the room perfectly clean and beautifully arranged. He changed all the towels and bed linens, paid attention to every small detail, and took great pride in his work. Every day he greeted us with a warm smile and always asked if there was anything else we needed. He happily brought us extra bottled water, after-sun gel, and anything else we requested, often even before we had to ask. His kindness, generosity, and willingness to help went far beyond our expectations. One of our favorite memories was returning to our room and finding the beautiful towel animals and creative decorations he had made. These thoughtful touches brought a smile to our faces every time and made our stay feel even more personal and memorable. Gab Allah is a wonderful example of genuine hospitality. His professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude made a real difference to our experience, and we hope the hotel recognizes what a valuable team member he is. Excellent experience for first time in Hurghada .. Nice hotel and great service.. definitely recommended

Food repetitive, drinks are watered down, better off eating at beach or pool bar than main restaurant. Lots of things extra charge. We got ripped off for price of massages and daughters hair given price and agreed in English pounds but at checkout had to pay in Euros so it cost us an extra £35. Children have to be accompanied in pool even if they can swim but lifeguard deems they cannot. Slides have height restriction so cannot use them except one. Collected bags at end of stay but didn’t collect is, so when you are leaving bigger off basically. Oh and paid for late checkout room then got locked out of it at 12 and had to go to reception to get keycards redone…again poor communication they should have recognised this in advance. Air con broke but was fixed within one hour of reporting.
