We were very pleasantly surprised by Servatur Caribe! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, the location was great, and the views were beautiful. There is no air conditioning, but this was not a problem for us at all. The €150 security deposit is a very good idea in our opinion. If you take care of the apartment and leave everything in good condition, you get your money back. We think this is a fair and sensible system. Everything was handled very efficiently, from check-in to check-out. When we had a small problem, it was resolved within just five minutes! All the staff we encountered were polite, welcoming and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, before our room was ready, but we were able to leave our luggage and start enjoying our holiday straight away. The same applied on our departure day: as our flight was in the late afternoon, we could leave our luggage after check-out and continue enjoying our time without any hassle. Thank you very much to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant! We would happily recommend Servatur Caribe and would definitely consider staying here again. 😊

Hello, me and my friends stayed in this hotel from the 7th to the 14th, we had looked into it before staying and saw the mixed reviews but decided to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt as were not the type to stay in the hotel the whole time also this was our first holiday so we were looking forward to it. i will list the pros of this hotel first, the view, if you are fortunate enough to be high enough up and not have your room blocked by the hotel in front( which looks even worse than this one we stayed at) but anyway the view is great, can see a lot of places and a good view of the sea. the tennis court was a nice touch too but we lost 1 ball and the receptionist was not happy, I honestly would agree with her but it is quite hard to keep the ball in the court when the fence is so short, if the ball went over onto the outskirts of the hotel there was not a problem and we would've collected the balls but this one landed on a wall on the outside of the right fence of the tennis court which weas a couple metres off the ground, we told this receptionist this that we couldn't possibly get it without injuring ourselves but she didn't care, just demanded that we got it, eventually we came to a deal that we pay the hotel 5 euro for that 1 lost ball, the pool was nice but they are very strict about the rules there, also the pool does open slightly late in my opinion but it didn't bother us much as we weren't there often, NOW THE BAD PARTS, The room was just god awful, for starters the beds and sofa had both blood marks on them, I don't know weather the cleaner seen it and ignored it or just missed it which was a shame because she seemed nice, there was also cockroaches swarming the place, I think I have a kill count of at least 20 cockroaches. The smell off the room was vile, smelled of constant sewage, which it was!!! every time we were in the room it just stunk, we turned on the taps and realized it was coming from them and since we used the water, me and the friend I was sharing the room with had fallen terribly ill ( I still am), non stop coughing and feeling lightheaded, headaches and colds, one night I thought I was going to pass out, my head was on fire but my body was freezing. for most people this would've absolutely ruined there holiday but we just firmed it as Tenerife was a nice place and we wouldn't want the whole experience to be ruined just because of this abysmal hotel, also the air con situation was rough too because even though it wasn't that hot the rooms were also so stuffy even though we had the balcony door and window open the whole time, it got to the point my friend started sleeping on the balcony, honestly made most nights unbearably hard to get some shut eye, which was exasperating to say the least as we wanted to attack the day with a good nights rest so we could do activities, the bath was disgusting too which I'm guessing were pee stains in the bathtub, honestly wouldn't even bath my dog in there. There was a strong constant smell of w33d which is irritating as its such an unpleasant smell but I'm not sure how the hotel could contain people from doing that, Anyway, I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel, not even sure how its 3 stars as our stay was an absolute catastrophe, whatever you do please don't go here. i am going to try and look for some refund as this is not on and purely unfair on us and has ruined out first lads holiday.

This was our 4th time at the Caribe and as previous we thoroughly enjoyed it. On arrival we were greeted with warm and friendly reception. We went to our newly refurbished room which was spotlessly clean with a fantastic view. Our room towels were changed daily and bed made etc. We went to the pool one day as we usually go to the beach which is a 5 min walk down the hill. At the pool we had lunch and a drink which was lovely and food freshly made. The pool area is very clean, peaceful with no smoking or loud music etc which suits us. Every night when going out staff said hello, every staff member we came across was very friendly. There is no air con which we were not bothered about and you are charged 150 euro deposit for damages which I think is perfectly reasonable to ensure people take care of the newly renovated rooms. We go to tenerife alot staying in many different hotels. This is the cheapest and one of the best in our view The sea views are beautiful from the balcony. We cannot wait until our next visit.
