Great hotel, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Yasmin’s checked us in and could not have been more helpful and a joy to deal with. It is this that keeps us coming back. The location is also a bonus - Russell Square is beautiful and romantic and of course within easy walking distance of the bright lights of Covent Garden and SoHo.

It was my first trip ever to London, UK. I stayed at the President hotel for 10 days. Such a central location! Close to the British Museum, SoHo, and Chinatown! Had a great experience. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The front desk staff including Divyang, Karina, and Yasmina were so welcoming and helpful. They were very accommodating to my needs, as I preferred a room facing the sun. They were able to find a room to my preference. The hotel rooms are clean and quiet. Had great sleep. Highly recommend! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the city!
