Overall, the hotel clearly showed some signs of wear and tear, but it remained in reasonable condition. The highlights of our stay were the dining and the location. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty and high quality. Although the hotel beach was shallow, it was ideal and offered great opportunities for snorkeling. A major advantage over other hotels in the area was that boat trips to stunning, paradise-like islands departed directly from the hotel’s own beach, eliminating the need for a separate harbor transfer. The pool area was also pleasant, featuring a really nice swim-up bar. The pool water was slightly cool, but still quite tolerable. Unfortunately, the experience was tarnished by several issues regarding customer service and quality. The bar staff was rude, and even tipping did not improve the service. It also came as a surprise that items at the swim-up bar incurred an extra fee. Service at the beach bar was minimal: beer was served only in small, warm cups. Furthermore, there were clear hygiene concerns at the beach bar, as the plastic cups were merely rinsed under running water without any detergent. The biggest disappointment, however, was the check-in hassle on our first day. Despite traveling as a party of two adults, we were essentially forced into a family room upon arrival. We were offered the option to try out the room and keep it for the rest of our stay for an extra fee of over €100. After declining, we had to repack our belongings the following day and wait by the pool for four hours before gaining access to our actual room. In summary, the hotel boasts excellent facilities and a fantastic location for excursions, but there is significant room for improvement regarding customer service and operational management.

It was my first trip to Egypt! And this was my best solo vacation, I left the hotel barely holding back tears (everyone became like family) ❤️ The atmosphere created by the animators and all the staff is wonderful! They are so fun, kind, and active! Clean beach, beautiful and gentle sea, all amenities on the beach are available, including a bar, a toilet, a shower, and a restaurant! Loud music (for me that's a plus, since I'm not coming to a sanatorium). Every day there were new shows, invited guests (Oriental and folk dances, saxophone, light show, comedy shows), and discos. The food is tasty, but monotonous. I can't find a single downside to this hotel! I liked absolutely everything! ❤️
