From start to finish this hotel was fantastic. The pools where amazing with plenty to choose from , and full accses to the water park hidro every day , we went all inclusive which usualy means breakfast & dinner not here no no, this was breakfast, later breakfast, so 8- 2, then lunch bar opens from 12- 5 , dinner from 6pm to 9pm but when you walk down by the boat pond there is little food bars sll day of pizza , wraps, ice cream , burgers, chips nuggets, cool little huts , drinks are served all day, kids bar of fizzy, slushies, ice cream milkshakes, adults bar , and coffee tea juices in all 3 hotels on site, 2 huge entertainment areas with different things throughout the day. Soft area for small kids and a games area etc 100% recomend this hotel

We booked the private bus transfer Club Mac advertise on their website. What should have been a 1 hour journey took over 2 hours. We kept driving around in a circle stopping at various hotels. When we finally got to Club Mac we realized we could have gotten out and walked from one of the other hotels which was quite frustrating. When we checked in we were given the wrong wrist bands (I paid for a premium room). As a result my partner was inappropriately charged £10 taking our daughter to fun world. We paid extra for a corner room because I had read the walls were thin and noise can be an issue. Noise wasn't a big issue for us during our stay. Our shower didn't drain properly and flooded the bathroom floor. I explained this to the maintenance man who I randomly found in my room and who told me our shower was leaking into the room below. The shower wasn't fixed during by our stay. The room was never hoovered during our stay so the floor was dirty. I observed what I assume was the previous guest's underwear just over our balcony. The food was awful and we had to eat out a number of nights due to this. I observed a guest drop a serving spoon from the one of the serving containers. They handed it back to one of the food staff, who gave it a quick wipe and put it back for guests to use. I didn't have much confidence in hotel food hygiene following this. The fruit juices were clearly the cheapest as they strongly tasted of artificial sweeteners and my 6 year old even refused to drink them. The ice cream tasted really synthetic and I had to throw it in the bin after 1 taste. The pizza stand was ok so we survived on that and sandwiches. The bars did not have the option of water which was ridiculous. There was water jugs on the table with dinner and this became the main thing I liked forward to at dinner time. I paid for premium mainly so my daughter could access free rides in the hotel fun land each day. However funland was very run down looking. There were 2 unimpressive rides and they only ran these very intermittently eg sign said next ride was 7.10pm and not again until 9.10. Given this it was very difficult to use her 4 free rides even if the rides were good. The kids club initially seemed good, however I didn't feel I could send my daughter back to it after an incident demonstrated that hotel kids club staff lack basic health and safety awareness. My daughter was participating in a kid's club activity on the saturno stage where parents were able to sit and watch. It was supposed to be an activity where the children were being taught circus skills. At one point all the children were given plastic carrier bags to practice juggling skills. One of the staff then put a plastic carrier bag over his head. Plastic bags are a well documented suffocation risk, so it is insane that a staff member would demonstrate this to young children. My daughter then copied and put the plastic bag over her head and I had to intervene to take it off. Then the same staff member physically put a plastic bag over my child's head and held it there. I had to intervene again. I made a formal complaint to the hotel about this but never got any response back. Yes there were some questionable looking clientele, which has been mentioned in other reviews. But I never had any run ins with them and we were back in our room early each evening. Positives : most of the staff were friendly and pleasant. There were multiple swimming pools and we were always able to get sun beds. The water park is good, although you have to pay for sun beds. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

The beach was a fantastic atmosphere and I can't wait to go again hopefully The food was amazing I enjoyed having pancakes for breakfast every morning I loved it Thank you for making such a gorgeous place for kids and the entertainment was even more fabulous
