Great holiday with family . Waterpark was great. Free bus to beach was fab . Kids dino pool is great for wee ones . Didn’t use all inclusive food hall as food wasn’t very good . Bathroom in room had horrible smell coming from drain . House cleaning was very rude . I understand they are busy but they’re very abrupt . Lifts are a nightmare . Wouldn’t put me off going back but not all inclusive.

After seeing mixed reviews on this place I was very nervous going. We have went on many family holidays and this was up there with one of the best. We have 4 kids and we both agreed we never got bored it was all go. There is so much to do there and our kids didnt want to go home. I only have two small negatives and that would be noise from guests late at night and the food was average. There is something for everyone at meal times. The work and thought that goes into club mac is brilliant. We went as a family of 22 (i think) and not one person could fault it. Looking forward to going back

All the staff were very friendly, from reception, restaurant servers, to the cleaning staff. Good quality and non-repetitive buffets at the different restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was very proper. For us it was a very pleasant surprise and we will surely repeat. The kids had a great time
