11 nights at Jaz Mirabel Beach with family of 4 Got back last night from 11 nights at Jaz Mirabel Beach! As a family of 4 we loved every minute, the amenities are great, the grounds are well maintained and look stunning day and night! The rooms are basic but spacious and cleaned well which is all that mattered to us, our cleaner did amazing towel art everyday and was very pleasant and smiley (we didn’t tip until the last day) we needed an iron/board which we were given for the whole stay when we asked the 1st day! Bedding and towels inc beach/pool towels changed daily and the beach bags they provided were very helpful! The pool areas are spacious and the lifeguards were very helpful in moving beds for people if needed! The lifeguards also chatted and played with the children in the pool which was nice! Staff put our towels out for us every morning and we didn’t always have cash to tip and even if we did $1 made them happy! Snack bar… minus the amount of birds (I’m scared of birds - this became a running joke lol) the staff and food were great and food was always delivered hot! Main buffet restaurant….lots of variety (not to my liking always) but always replenished and kept looking nice! Fresh omelettes, scrambled and fried eggs were really good at breakfast and the pancakes and waffles! Also fresh pasta and meat choices were great day/night! Staff in there work really hard and if you sit in the same area everyday they are very good with you! À la carte restaurants…we went to the new moonlight dinner (steak) and to the Italian. Both were lovely and the menus very nice and it felt special to be away from the buffet! Entertainment…. The animation team were all fantastic with us, a special shout out to Cindy who my girls loved! They all spoke to you throughout the day and the program of activities throughout the day was endless to entertain all! My girls loved doing the morning/afternoon animation dances and were made welcome to stand up with the staff around the pool! Evening entertainment was good, esp the white party and circus…a lot of thought and attention went into these! Pool parties were also lots of fun and staff helped children in the pool too! Zumba, water aerobics, dance lessons, pizza making, cocktail making, water polo, darts that’s just a few we took part in! Guest relations…a special shout out to Menna, who gave out her WhatsApp number so we could contact her whenever needed! We had a few issues with our key card and this was sorted asap! She also wandered around the hotel speaking to customers constantly which was nice to see! The photo opportunities around the hotel are also a great touch! Love letters, mirabel sign, swing seat etc! The water slides next door at Jaz Park were good and the kids loved these! Was nice that you could just wander through both hotels and use their amenities! Glad we stayed at Beach though!! We would 100% return, it wasn’t perfect and wasn’t what others may class as 5* but the atmosphere, amenities and staff made it special for us! Thank you all for a great holiday!
