Here’s a polished version incorporating those points: We stayed here with two young children and, unfortunately, wouldn’t return. The hotel grounds are lovely and well maintained, but the overall experience fell well below what we’d expect from a 5-star all-inclusive resort. The rooms are very dated and weren’t cleaned particularly well. Housekeeping felt rushed, with surfaces often left dusty and the room never feeling properly clean. Travelling with two children, we expected the staff to be a bit more welcoming and accommodating, but most seemed quite unfriendly. They weren’t particularly engaging or helpful, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming for families. The food was another disappointment. The choice was limited and became repetitive very quickly, with not much variety from day to day. The drinks were probably the biggest let-down. The selection was poor, the soft drinks were often flat because the machines didn’t seem to be maintained properly, and they regularly ran out of drinks. The juice selection was also very limited. The bar staff often came across as rude or moody, which honestly put you off ordering. On one occasion I asked for an iced coffee and overheard staff telling each other not to make it properly—just add ice and tell me to use the machine while I was standing there. Throughout the holiday, only one member of the bar staff actually made it properly and seemed happy to help. Overall, while the hotel looks nice from the outside, the dated rooms, limited food and drink options, lack of cleanliness and disappointing customer service meant it didn’t feel like a genuine 5-star experience. There are much better hotels in Sharm El Sheikh for the same price.!! we have been to previous jaz hotels like jaz aquaviva!! and that was abs amazing the drink choice service etc was better and saw people returning back to that hotel! now we know why.
