The suite was spacious but tired — a loose bathroom tap, and a mattress with a noticeable dip that made for poor sleep. Housekeeping was thorough but unpredictable, sometimes arriving in the early evening as we were heading out. Food was plentiful, with water stations everywhere. Our side had one buffet restaurant (not 24hr) plus a Greek restaurant at extra cost. For 24hr dining or the resort’s other restaurants, you need the golf buggy/tunnel to the main complex. The advertised 8 all-inclusive themed restaurants are very hard to book — reservations open at exactly 4pm, two days ahead, with poor availability. We managed just 5 of 8 in 10 nights; the Italian and Fish restaurants never once showed availability. It felt like paying guests were prioritised over all-inclusive. Gardens were beautifully kept, and common areas clean. The water park was safe and fun for our kids (12 and 13). The reef via the long pier was small but a nice novelty; a private boat trip we booked separately was excellent, if pricey. Pools were fine but also due some TLC, sun loungers scarce (many reserved early and left unused), and some guests brought speakers poolside — not ideal if you want a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were a genuine highlight — helpful and attentive throughout. Overall, for the price paid, this didn’t feel like a 5-star experience. Lovely grounds and great staff, but tired rooms and restrictive dining let it down. Wouldn’t rush back to this chain.

Rixos Premium Seagate was absolutely phenomenal! From the Receptionist Kadry, to the Turquoise restaurant supervisor Reda ,the waiters the lobby bar personnel, the housekeepers, the pool guards, the entertainment and activities team as well as all the al-a-cart restaurants staff members-they all made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely highly recommend this hotel and we cannot wait to come back as soon as we can.
