Decent apartments, appears to be undergoing a phased refurbishment. My apartment 107 was very clean and spacious, lounge/ kitchen with TV showing BBC1& 2 ITV, C4 ,2 burner hob, fridge, microwave and everything you need for self catering with a Dino supermarket just up the road (100m). Large bathroom with powerful shower, Balcony with sea view. Nice pool area with ample sun beds and a roof solarium. Very good breakfast selection that caters for all tastes. Would certainly use again if returning to Tenerife.

Nice clean hotel. We think the description on the hotel’s and TUI’s website is misleading regarding the sea view. We paid for full sea views (a lot of money) and a large balcony, but got an apartment with views to the street and the building opposite. The sea could be slanted to the right. This is what other hotels will call “partial sea view or inclined sea view”, and you pay less for it. The hotel claimed that we had gotten an apartment with sea views. Fortunately we got another apartment after a few days. Here there was a nice view of the sea and La Gomera in the background.

We booked and paid for a pool view room. We got a standard room backing onto a busy road that started loading stores up with veg etc... from 5am till 9am none stop. At one point there was 4 lorries there. We told them we had paid for a pool view and they just replied "it's not available ". They really didn't care or make any offer. After walking 50km we needed the sleep. Extremely disappointed.
